Is life subject to chance?
It’s like throwing a die where either a six or … a one comes up.
I thought so, too.
But now I know. We do have a chance to control fate. Not to depend on the dice falling luckily or not. Shavuot.
— What Is Shavuot?
This is a phenomenon that occurs when Nature, of which we are a part, helps us perform the only right actions.
When it happens, we feel joy, confidence, satisfaction, and … love.
— What Does Shavuot Has to Do With the Torah?
In 1313 BC, the Torah was given to people. What does it mean?
People became capable of understanding the law of relationships between themselves and with Nature.
Simply put, the Torah is the guide to life.
If we follow it, Shavuot comes.
The higher power of Nature manifests itself. That surrounds us, changes our perception, awakens the desire to act, and gives energy for it.
The man begins to understand the meaning of life.
He no longer feels separated from the rest of the world. He is aware of how his actions change the world.
— How Does It Work?
The fundamental law of the Torah is “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
It includes all other laws.
If someone builds communication and interaction with others according to this principle, he or she starts to experience the effect of this law.
The most important thing is to be committed to these ‘right relationships’. Even if you do not feel like it.
Even a weak desire, the slightest effort on our part, the game triggers the mechanism of getting help from Nature.
We change according to the laws of the Torah.
— Why Should I Believe It?
That’s how Nature works. The darkest hour Is just before the dawn.
Pain and strain during childbirth.
Nature, of which we are a part, plays with us like a wise mother.
These games often seem cruel to us. Wars, epidemics, hatred, uncertainty …
The less we want to understand what is required of us, the ‘harder’ the games are.
Until we begin to live in a state of love for our neighbor.
Something like that had already happened in history.
There was such an event—The Standing at Mount Sinai (“Mount Sinai” can be translated from Hebrew as “doubt” and “hatred”).
On the spiritual level, Mount Sinai is a state of profound rejection towards others.
Standing before this wall of evil that divided them, people realized that they wanted to change their lives. Use the chance given to them.
They said, “We’re ready!”
(Unwillingly, For each other’s sake. Because that’s how it should be).
And they got help.
Now, all of humanity is again on the eve of the great correction.
It will be enough if we just play … the game of love between us.
We only need to want it.
All together.
And Shavuot will come!
— What About Harvesting and Milk?
The Torah teaches us to give. There is no better example of pure bestowal in Nature than a woman who feeds her baby breast milk.
— How Can I Apply This Knowledge in Practice?
Nature gave us the opportunity to reconnect with it.
We can use this chance for the benefit of ourselves and others.
Be worthy to receive the Torah and rise together to a higher level of development. Live in love and have good relationships. And this is the only correct state for people to be in.
Shavuot.
